This Arc Length Calculator and all related outputs, including but not limited to on-screen measurements, tables, visualizations, unit conversions, and exported CSV data (collectively, the “Tool”), are provided by the publisher/owner (“Provider”) strictly for general informational purposes and convenience. The Tool does not constitute engineering, surveying, architectural, legal, or other professional advice, and it is not a substitute for competent professional judgment, site verification, stamped drawings, governing codes, or applicable standards.
No Warranty
The Tool is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE,” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. Provider expressly disclaims all warranties, including without limitation any implied warranties of accuracy, completeness, reliability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and non-error operation. Provider does not warrant that the Tool will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.
Assumption of Risk / User Responsibility
You acknowledge and agree that:
- All inputs and outputs must be independently verified by the user before use in any project, fabrication, layout, construction, procurement, permitting, estimating, or field installation.
- The Tool may contain limitations in how it interprets or formats data. For example, where “Feet / Inches” is selected, the Tool may display or export numeric decimal values for spreadsheet compatibility; therefore, any reliance on formatting or unit presentation is at the user’s sole risk.
- The user is solely responsible for determining the suitability of the Tool for any intended purpose, including compliance with local codes, ordinances, contract documents, tolerances, safety requirements, and professional standards.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Provider (including its owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, agents, successors, or assigns) be liable for any damages of any kind arising out of or relating to the Tool or its use, inability to use, or reliance upon any output, including without limitation:
- direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages;
- loss of profits, loss of use, loss of data, business interruption;
- project delays, rework, fabrication errors, material waste, cost overruns, or field failures;
- personal injury, property damage, or other losses,
even if Provider has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
If any liability is imposed notwithstanding the foregoing, Provider’s aggregate liability shall be limited to the greater of (a) USD $0.00 or (b) the amount actually paid by you to access the Tool, if any, during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Release and Indemnity
You agree to release, defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Provider from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, liabilities, losses, damages, judgments, penalties, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to (i) your use of the Tool, (ii) your reliance on any output, (iii) your violation of any law, code, regulation, or standard, or (iv) any third-party claims relating to your project, work product, or deliverables.
Governing Law / Severability
This disclaimer shall be governed by the laws of [Your State/Jurisdiction], without regard to conflict-of-law principles. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.
